YALIN MODEL,was founded in Istanbul/Kartal in 2015 with the motto "The Only Constant Thing is Change Itself" to bring an innovative, solution-oriented lean perspective to all sectors with its founder's 30 years of experience and expert consultants in the field.

Why Do We Do This?

Its primary goal is to provide a different perspective on Lean Transformation consultancy and to guide the rapid access to the right solutions by combining Lean Transformation and Operational Excellence practices with strategic priorities and goals in all sectors of the business world.

About Our Founder!

Our founder, Sabri Deniz, was born in Düzce in 1966. After completing his undergraduate degree in Metallurgical Engineering at Istanbul Technical University, he completed his master's degree in Casting and Materials Science at Clausthal Technical University in Germany, where he worked for two years before returning to his home country. Following a six-year career in Istanbul, which began with a quality and R&D manager position at various companies and continued with general management, he worked for 17 years at BOSCH Bursa, one of the world's leading companies. He concluded his 25-year career in professional engineering and management in Bursa.

He embarked on an exciting journey in 2015. He offers the knowledge and experience he has gained to his country and the world. He has supported over 50 companies on their lean transformation journeys and continues to serve with the same enthusiasm as he did on his first day. He actively serves on the boards of directors of several companies. He begins Lean Transformation efforts with senior management. He then becomes a mentor, friend, and companion to operators, first line managers, engineers, mid-level managers, and, in short, to all employees. As long as senior management stands behind him, Lean Transformation efforts achieve 100% success.

He faced numerous challenges during his "Lean Transformation" journey, embarking on it with the team he led in the 2000s. His deep understanding of Turkish employees and managers strengthened him. Consultants provided information using elaborate Japanese vocabulary, but he found it impossible for those who didn't know Turkish employees and their feelings to succeed in this transformation. Because he knew Turkish employees so well, he and his team overturned everything they thought was possible. Many companies fail at Lean Transformation, but he, with his consistent steps, continues to thrive.

During the years he encountered and implemented the Lean Management Philosophy, he became deeply influenced by Japanese culture. He spent six months in Japan to gain a deeper understanding of the country's culture. From this point on, significant and rapid transformations began in his life.

The goal is to reach the next five years,

  • To be the best "Lean Transformation" consultant in Türkiye, to train the best "Lean Leaders" and to actively participate in the Lean transformation journeys of Turkish companies.
  • Being on the board of directors of 10 more companies and being a friend to 50 more companies along with their teams in their lean transformation journeys.
  • To be a role model for Turkish youth, especially in their personal transformation and change, and to create a small spark of awareness in their development. To be a source of advice for young people on all matters.

As our brand suggests, YELLOW MODEL aims to contribute to the growth of company value in line with our lean philosophy. Our clients have already demonstrated their success in the past through growth in revenues and profitability, as well as reduced costs.  Since its inception, YELLOW MODEL has reached numerous clients across 20 different sectors encompassing all industry segments and has successfully completed numerous projects.
